Peter Mark Adams
Peter örgütsel dönüşüm ve yenilenme konusunda yaklaşık otuz yıllık deneyime sahip.Halen bilgi teknolojileri, reengineering, değişim yönetimi konularındaki bilgi ve deneyimlerini danışmanlık, mentörlük ve koçluk yoluyla yenilenen kurumlara aktarıyor. Yakın dönemde araştırma ve yazarlığa yönlenen, güçlü yanlara dayalı yönetim ve kurumsal pozitif değişim yaratmak için “Takdir Odaklı Sorgulama :Appreciative Inquiry ” yöntemini kullanıyor.
Peter Mark Adams Over the past 20 years Peter Mark Adams has worked for some of the world’s leading consulting practices including Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, & KnowledgeWare. He has also been an executive with Deutsche Telekom’s T-Systems, one of the largest European players in outsourcing & systems integration, and an Assistant General Manager in Vestel Consulting. Peter has specialized in organizational renewal & transformation for almost 30 years. He has an extensive background in information systems, business process reengineering, organizational change management, mentoring & coaching gained with major international companies. More recently Peter has focused on research, writing and the facilitation of positive / strengths-based change and transformation utilizing Appreciative Inquiry. For coaching Peter uses strengths-based coaching based upon the identification & leveraging of each person's unique talents and strengths.
